Rules set once
An admin sets completion and scoring defaults under Settings → SCORM, and every new course follows them.
Trainer previews don't count
When a trainer opens the course to check it, Clueso labels the preview and logs no completion.

You decide what counts as finished
A video completes at 90% watched or when it's opened. A guide completes on a Mark complete click, a scroll depth, or a reading time you set. A course with both can require both or either, and a course with a quiz can also require a passing score.

Courses you can still fix after they're in the LMS
Product moved a button? Edit the project and click Publish update. Learners see the new version next time they open the course, with the same course record and completion history, and nobody re-uploads a ZIP.

Revoke a course everywhere at once
If a course goes out with something it shouldn't, an admin clicks Revoke course and it stops playing in every LMS it was uploaded to, including ones your partners run.
