How it works
Privacy
Keep the customer data out of the video.
Clueso finds the account numbers, IDs and credentials on screen and blurs them across every clip — so a recording made against a real account is still safe to publish.
Names, email addresses and account numbers, exactly as they appear.
No sanitised demo tenant, no fake data to maintain.
What Clueso does
Finds it and covers it
It reads the text on screen, decides what is sensitive, and blurs it across every clip — or tells you it found nothing.
What you get
A publishable recording
The thing you show is the thing that exists, minus the data.
What it actually does
The controls an evaluator asks about, not a restatement of the headline.
It finds the data itself
Clueso reads the text on screen and blurs what it judges sensitive — account and customer IDs, employee and ticket numbers, transaction and invoice references, licence keys, and government identifiers from SSN to passport, Aadhaar and tax ID.
It runs across the whole project
Detection processes every clip and reports how many it covered — and says so plainly when it found nothing rather than leaving you guessing.
Cautious by default
Where the call is borderline, it blurs. Over-covering is recoverable; publishing a customer's account number is not.
A first-class element
Every blur it adds is a normal canvas shape, like a callout or a spotlight — so you can reposition, retime or delete any one of them.
Adjustable intensity
How strongly the region is obscured is a property you set, not a fixed effect.
Holds across the clip
The region persists through the clip rather than needing a mark on every frame.
Available to the agent
Clueso Agents can place a blur as part of an edit.
Without it
With Auto-blur
Without it
Recordings got made against a demo tenant nobody maintained, so the video showed a product that didn't quite exist.
With Auto-blur
Record the real thing, cover what's private, publish.
