At Clueso, we’re building the next generation of video creation tools for companies. Video is becoming the default way teams communicate — and we’re building the editor, workflows, and infrastructure to make that effortless. We’re looking for a frontend engineer with strong UI/UX instincts — someone who enjoys building real product surfaces end-to-end, cares about polish, and can think through both interaction design and engineering tradeoffs. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and design, working on the core user-facing experience of Clueso. This role is based onsite at our Bengaluru (HSR Layout) office.
Building and shipping production frontend features across the product
Designing and implementing:
Core layouts, navigation, and flows
Interactive UI patterns and states
Motion and transitions where they improve clarity and usability
Writing clean, maintainable frontend code that scales with product complexity
Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
Debugging performance, responsiveness, and UI correctness in a video-heavy app
1+ years of experience as a frontend or product engineer
Strong fundamentals in modern frontend development (React)
Comfort owning features from design discussion → implementation → iteration
Good judgment around UX, not just visual polish
Ability to balance speed, quality, and technical constraints
Interest in video, creative tools, or complex product UIs
Shipped work you can talk through in detail
Experience with animation or motion libraries
Experience working on editors, dashboards, or complex UIs
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Exposure to performance-sensitive or rendering-heavy applications
Clueso is a product where frontend engineering quality directly affects what users can create. The UI has to be fast, expressive, and reliable while handling complex video workflows.
This role helps turn powerful backend and AI systems into a product that feels intuitive and well-crafted.
If you enjoy building serious frontend systems and care about how they feel to use, you’ll get to learn and contribute meaningfully here.
