At Clueso, we’re building the one-stop AI video creation platform for enterprises. We’re already trusted by 500+ amazing companies around the world and they absolutely love Clueso. We’ve been moving fast, and now we’re scaling our sales team to hit the ambitious growth goals we’ve set for the next phase of our journey. As Clueso’s first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of our growth story. You’ll identify high-potential companies, start meaningful conversations, and book demos that help teams discover how Clueso can transform their video creation process. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founders and GTM team to shape our outbound sales motion. So far, most of our demos have come through inbound leads and targeted email/LinkedIn outreach. Now, we’re ready to scale our outbound engine – and that’s where you come in. You’ll help us expand this motion, introduce cold calling as a new channel, and book demos with some of the best enterprises in the world. It’s not an exaggeration to say this will be one of the most important roles at Clueso, shaping how we grow in this next stage of our journey.
Pipeline Building: Purely outbound. Research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads in our ICP.
Prospecting: Research target accounts in our ICP and create account lists to outbound.
Qualify Intelligently: You won’t be doing BANT or qualification calls. Your job is to outbound to companies that clearly fit our ICP.
Book Meetings: How you do it is up to you – cold calls , email, LinkedIn – doesn't matter. We do expect a well rounded individual that has the ability to book across multiple channels.
Collaborate: Work closely with our founder who leads all GTM and GTM team on messaging, feedback, and strategy. You’ll have support, not hand-holding.
Build from Scratch: We have basic playbooks, messaging, and sequences, but we want you to experiment, iterate, and build what you know works. But we want you to build what you know works or develop new strategies.
Learn Constantly: We move fast. Stay on top of product updates, new features, and emerging use cases. Understand new target segments and share product feedback that helps us improve every week.
2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS in the US market, ideally with $5K–$30K ACVs.
Excellent written and verbal English with a natural ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
Comfortable with late-night working hours (up to 3:30 AM IST) to connect with US-based prospects.
Proven quota-hitter: You don’t just meet targets – you aim to crush them.
Agile communicator: You can think on your feet, hold sharp conversations, and handle objections smoothly. This is key to keeping prospects engaged on calls.
Fast learner: You’ll quickly understand how Clueso solves real problems for enterprises and use that insight to personalize your outreach.
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or other sales engagement platforms.
Build the outbound function: Be the first SDR at Clueso and scale the outbound function from the ground up.
Proven traction: Have 500+ paying customers and growing fast.
