Our philosophy at Clueso is that data-driven insights are key to both product improvement and company growth. With over 500 paying customers and a tight 15-person team, scaling decisions must be sharp, actionable, and rooted in great analytics. This role will sit at the center of product, engineering, and GTM (go-to-market) teams, responsible for building the systems and analyses that guide product vision, unlock growth, and ensure every user interaction is measured, understood, and improved. If you’re obsessed with the “why” behind user behavior, passionate about shaping product direction, and thrive in fast-paced, AI-driven environments, this could be for you.
At Clueso, we have a simple, yet powerful mission: to equip anyone to create great videos.
In today’s world, creating videos takes a combination of skills that few individuals, or even entire teams, can master. You need to write a script, storyboard your ideas, record footage, design visuals, add music, and piece it all together using complex video editing tools. It’s overwhelming, time-consuming, and expensive.
We’re building an AI-first video editing platform that helps anyone in an organization create great video content from rough ideas in minutes.
Currently, 500+ companies including FIFA, Gitlab, PhonePe, Razorpay, and Fireflies.ai trust Clueso to power their video creation.
Build and maintain core product analytics pipelines, dashboards, and experiments to measure how users engage with Clueso’s platform
Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define and track KPIs—from activation and retention to new feature adoption.
Own the end-to-end analytics process: event tracking, data transformation, dashboard creation, deep-dive user journey analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations that lead directly to product changes.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalable architecture for analytics.
Lead or contribute to experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and create a culture of rapid learning and iteration.
Have product sense: the ability to find actionable stories in data and communicate them to PMs, engineers, and execs.
Enjoy mapping user journeys and finding elegant solutions to user problems with data.
Care deeply about experimentation, evidence-based product development, and helping users get more value from the product.
Are passionate about how AI and analytics can transform product-led growth in SaaS.
We’re looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about building technical systems that scale.
Proven full-stack engineering skills: comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure to deliver complete analytics solutions—think APIs, dashboards, and visualizations, not just queries.
Confident building intuitive, interactive UIs for data exploration and visualization, using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, or similar) as well as backend tech (Python/Node, SQL, data warehouses).
Experience taking analytics tools from scratch to production: architecting, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining—and iterating based on feedback.
Strong data modeling and transformation chops: you design clean, reusable data models, then surface them with compelling visual stories.
Proven traction: Have 500+ paying customers and growing fast.
Loved product: #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt, 4.9 rating on G2, and fast-growing adoption among top-tier customers.
Technically exciting: Our stack spans frontend, backend, and advanced AI pipelines — plenty of complex, meaningful problems to work on.
Tight-knit, top-tier team: Founded by IIT Madras alumni Akash Anand, Prajwal Prakash, Neel Balar. You’ll work with a group of highly driven individuals, each with a track record of excellence. Backed by YC.
Funding: Raised $1.5m from top investors including Y Combinator and f7 Ventures.
Catered meals: Lunch, snacks, and dinner provided on all working days.
Epic offsites: Our last offsite was in Vietnam, and most of us ranked it the best trip of our lives .
If you’re someone who’s curious, resourceful, and excited to be on the frontlines, we’d love to hear from you.
