Infrastructure Management (AWS):
Design, deploy, and maintain EC2, ECS/Fargate, RDS, and S3 resources using Terraform or AWS CDK.

CI/CD Ownership:
Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments across staging and production environments.

Multi-Region & On-Prem Deployments:
Manage deployments across AWS regions and customer-hosted setups, with proper monitoring, backups, and failover strategies.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure all AWS resources are encrypted in transit and at rest.

• Maintain clear boundaries between production and staging data, ensuring sanitized test environments.

• Facilitate secure customer support access to production systems when required.

• Assist with security reviews and compliance questionnaires (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).

Monitoring, Reliability & Error Handling:
Set up and maintain observability tools like SigNoz, Sentry, CloudWatch, or Grafana to track system health and errors. Define alerting pipelines for uptime, latency, and deployment issues.

Automation & Scripting:
Write scripts in Python or Bash to automate deployments, migrations, and infrastructure tasks.

Collaboration:
Work closely with backend engineers to debug infra-related issues, optimize performance, and scale services smoothly.
