We’re hiring a Content Marketer to build Clueso’s demand engine. You’ll own how the market discovers, understands, and chooses Clueso – turning customer pain into clear positioning, high-intent content, and distribution that compounds over time. You’ll drive qualified inbound through modern search and discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO), tell stories that make buyers trust us, and convert attention into pipeline: sign-ups, demo requests, and conversions.
Content Strategy & Organic Growth
Own the content roadmap aligned with business and growth goals (organic visits, sign-ups, demo requests).
Build and execute content strategies across search and discovery channels, including:
SEO (search)
AEO (answer engines and AI assistants)
GEO (modern SERPs and owned discovery experiences)
Identify high-intent topics based on audience problems, search behavior, and discovery patterns across the buyer journey.
Develop content pillars and clusters that build topical authority and drive long-term organic growth.
Content Creation & Editorial Ownership
Create and manage high-quality content across formats, including:
Blogs (guides, best practices, comparisons)
Case studies and customer success stories
In-depth resources (guides, reports, whitepapers, playbooks)
Website pages, ad landing pages, and product marketing copy
Maintain a high editorial bar for clarity, structure, accuracy, and consistency across all content.
Content Distribution
Build and scale owned content channels (blog, newsletter, case studies) to educate, engage, and retain our audience.
Ensure content is repurposed and adapted across relevant channels (web, email, social media platforms, video) to maximize reach and impact.
Support product launches, feature releases, and key announcements with coordinated content across the funnel.
Measurement & Optimization
Own content performance end-to-end with a focus on qualified demand and conversions.
Track and analyze organic performance (traffic, rankings, sign-ups, demo requests, engagement).
Continuously optimize existing content for relevance, freshness, and performance.
Identify content gaps, emerging trends, and new opportunities—and turn them into experiments and campaigns.
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or growth content, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, with working knowledge of how search and discovery are evolving through AI, answer engines (AEO), and modern SERP experiences (GEO).
Ability to think in terms of audience intent, content journeys, and information architecture, not just individual pieces.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills – you can switch between narrative-driven content and performance-focused copy.
Comfort working both strategically (roadmaps, frameworks, measurement) and hands-on (researching, outlining, drafting, editing).
Bonus: Experience writing high-quality marketing and website copy.
This is a high-ownership IC role. You won’t be producing content on request, you’ll be building the content function that powers Clueso’s next stage of growth.
