As a Customer Support Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with product and engineering, ensuring bugs are squashed fast, insights make it into our roadmap, and our customers feel truly heard. You'll also help keep customers engaged: building help center articles and videos, dogfooding Clueso to improve our own documentation, and making sure every interaction feels world-class. You need to write a script, storyboard your ideas, record footage, design visuals, add music, and piece it all together using complex video editing tools. What You’ll Own

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer questions about the product, and serve as the first line of technical support, resolving issues with clarity and urgency.

  • Bug Investigation & Resolution: Work closely with engineering to fix bugs and troubleshoot issues. 

  • Build Support Content: Create and update knowledge base content including troubleshooting guides, feature explainer videos, and more.

  • Customer-Centric Product Improvements: Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with product and design to fix them at the root.

  • Internal Automation & Tools: Build automations and AI-powered tools to improve our support efficiency and product feedback loops.
