# How to flip an image in Canva

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to flip an image in Canva, adding a new dynamic to your designs.

**Step 1:** Open your design in Canva and add the image you want to flip to your project.

**Step 2:** Click on the image to select it. A border and toolbar will appear around the image.

**Step 3:** Find the **Flip** button in the top toolbar and click it.
