## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need to enter a credit card to try Clueso?

No, Clueso’s free plan or trial does not require a credit card. You'll have access to many features and can export up to 15 minutes of video content with the free plan.

### If I download multiple versions of the same video, do they all count toward my export minutes?

No. Video exports are calculated based on the longest version exported or published in a given billing cycle. Re-exports of the same video don’t count against your limit.

### Do my unused minutes roll over to the next month?

On monthly plans, unused minutes do not roll over. On annual plans, you receive your full quota upfront, so you can use minutes flexibly throughout the year.

### What happens if I go over my plan’s video limit?

If you exceed your limit, exports will be paused until your next renewal. You can upgrade your plan or contact us to purchase an add-on for more minutes.

### Do video views affect pricing?

No. Clueso does not charge based on views. You can share your videos freely – whether they’re embedded in your Clueso knowledge base, Clueso sharing links or hosted elsewhere.

### When do AI credits get used?

AI credits are consumed for these operations: video creation via chat, editing via chat, AI Avatars, motion graphics, and AI image generation. AI credits are not consumed for AI voice generation, script generation, script rewriting or step-by-step guides generation.
