### Who can join the Clueso affiliate program?

Anyone with an audience in product management, customer success, marketing, operations, sales enablement, training, or L&D is welcome to join. You don’t need to be a Clueso customer to participate.

### How much can I earn?

You earn a 10% recurring commission for the first 12 months on every paid plan. On annual billing that works out to about $48 per Solo customer and $144–$528 per Business customer, depending on how many seats they buy. Enterprise deals are quoted individually and earn commission on the contract value. Free-plan signups don’t earn commission until they upgrade. There’s no cap on how much you can earn.

### How long do cookies last?

Referrals are tracked for 60 days from the first time someone clicks your link.

### How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are processed on the 30th of every month under a net-30 structure. You’ll receive payment via PayPal or bank transfer once you’ve hit the $50 minimum payout.

### Can I promote Clueso if I’m already a customer?

Yes. In fact, affiliates who actively use Clueso tend to perform better because they can speak to the product's real value.

### Where can I share my link?

You can promote Clueso through organic or paid channels like social media, email, newsletters, blogs, Slack groups, and DMs. Ads are allowed but must follow our brand guidelines.

### Is there an asset library or help with promotion?

Yes. You’ll get access to a brand asset library, high-performing copy templates, a curated list of keywords for ad campaigns, and an affiliate-only Slack group for support.

### How do I track my performance?

Your affiliate dashboard shows clicks, conversions, and earnings in real time.

### Are paid ads allowed?

Yes. Paid ads are allowed, but you cannot bid on Clueso-branded keywords. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.

### Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referrals are not allowed. If detected, your account will be flagged and removed from the program.

### What happens if a customer I referred requests a refund?

You won’t earn commission if a customer you referred gets a refund on their subscription for any reason. That commission will be automatically adjusted in your next payout. Refunds are rare and only issued in genuine cases. We do not offer blanket refunds.
